These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyLabs Accounts, a service operated under the RekietaLabs name. By accessing or using MyLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Accounts & Identification

MyLabs uses a randomly generated UUID to identify user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, browser, and any environment used to access MyLabs. You agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or misuse the platform, including but not limited to:

Attempting to exploit, hack, damage, or interfere with MyLabs systems

Reverse engineering or bypassing platform safeguards

4. Content & Ownership

All software, designs, interfaces, text, and tools provided through MyLabs are owned by the creators operating under the RekietaLabs name unless otherwise stated. Use of the platform does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or re-host content without authorization.

5. Account Suspension or Removal

Access to MyLabs may be restricted or terminated at any time if these Terms are violated or if a user’s actions negatively affect the platform or its community. As a small community-driven project, decisions are made with fairness and platform safety in mind.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimers

MyLabs is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, feature availability, or long-term operation. Features may be experimental, changed, or removed at any time.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

RekietaLabs is not a registered business or legal entity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, errors, or consequences resulting from the use of MyLabs. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
